Lunar showed Scottish News a step by step guide on how to create their Against The Tide drink for Cocktail of the week.
The bar is located in Glasgow’s Southside on 72 Nithsdale Road, G41 2AN.
It’s taking part in Glasgow Cocktail Week, which runs from 24 September to 4 October 2026.
Ingredients:
Jaywalk Rye - 20ml
Rosé Le Colibri de Fanny - 40ml
Plum and Cherry shrubs - 10ml
Banana bergamot bitters - 6 drops
Shake and mix well and garnish with cherry. Enjoy!
