Kevin Bridges signs with major Hollywood talent agency as he targets US breakthrough
Scottish comedian Kevin Bridges has signed with one of the world’s biggest talent agencies as he looks to build on his success in North America.
The Clydebank-born stand-up has joined Creative Artists Agency for representation in the United States.
CAA is one of Hollywood’s most powerful agencies, with a roster that includes some of the biggest names in film, television and entertainment.
The deal represents another significant step into the American market for Bridges following his first North American tour in 2025.
His management company Off The Kerb said: “Kevin Bridges signs with leading entertainment agency CAA for US representation.
“The deal comes as Kevin embarks on his new standup tour Here If You Need Me, with sold-out shows across the UK and Ireland, and follows his North American touring debut, which saw him perform to more than 40,000 fans across the US and Canada, culminating in a sold-out headline show at New York City’s Beacon Theatre.”
Bridges remains with Off The Kerb, which continues to handle his existing management and bookings.
His move into the US market comes after years of establishing himself as one of the UK’s biggest live comedians.
Bridges’ previous tours have attracted more than two million people worldwide, while he has played 63 sold-out performances across Glasgow’s OVO Hydro and SEC venues – more than any other performer in the venues’ history.
His 2025 North American debut took him to cities including New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Washington DC and Chicago before the tour concluded at the Beacon Theatre.
Bridges has previously spoken about the challenge of taking his unmistakable Glasgow accent to American audiences, admitting he became more conscious of speaking clearly and slowly while performing there.
The 39-year-old is now preparing to begin his new Here If You Need Me tour, which opens at Sheffield City Hall on 14 August.
The extensive tour includes Edinburgh Playhouse as well as a series of homecoming shows at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro.
The CAA signing could potentially open further opportunities for Bridges in the US beyond stand-up.
It puts the Scottish comedian in the orbit of an agency whose clients across entertainment have included Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Steven Spielberg and Lady Gaga.
