The Ivy is turning its former Buchanan Street restaurant into a festive pop-up with live music, seasonal cocktails and a Scottish-inspired menu.
The Ivy Christmas on Buchanan Street will open at 7.30pm on Wednesday 4 November and run until 31 December.
The limited-time venue will operate on a walk-in basis, with no reservations required.
The former restaurant will be transformed with a grotto-style entrance, illuminated Christmas trees, garlands and festive foliage.
Inside, the design will use burgundy, forest green and antique gold, with velvet ribbons, oversized bows and touches of tartan.
The drinks menu will include seasonal cocktails, champagne and hot festive serves.
The Ivy’s mulled wine will feature orange, cinnamon and winter spices, while mulled Guinness will be served with orange and blackcurrant.
Cocktails include Jingle Bells, made with Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, cherry, lemon and white chocolate, alongside a Hot Honey & Fig Paloma and Salted Caramel Espresso Martini.
The food menu will feature Scottish ingredients including Lathallan haggis, Peterhead haddock, Isle of Mull Cheddar and smoked Ayrshire bacon.
Dishes will include oatmeal-rolled Lathallan haggis bon-bons with malt whisky and wholegrain mustard mayonnaise, truffle arancini with raclette cheese fondue and a Wagyu smash burger with Isle of Mull Cheddar and smoked Ayrshire bacon.
Dessert options include a cranachan bombe with vanilla ice cream, raspberries, Scottish heather honey and hot whisky cream sauce.
Live music will take place from Thursday to Sunday between 7pm and 10pm.
Acts will include Three ‘n’ Easy, Judy and the Jaywalkers and Juke the Box.
