The Snuts will headline a huge show at Glasgow’s SEC on Saturday 17 July 2027.
The event will bring together some of the most exciting names in indie for a summer celebration of guitar music, curated by one of Scotland’s most successful modern bands.
Taking over the 8,000-capacity venue, the West Lothian four-piece will lead a special day of live music alongside rising indie talents Overpass, Cherryholt and Siobhàn Winifred, with The Snuts putting their stamp on a line-up that celebrates the next generation of artists making their mark on the UK music scene.
With a reputation for electrifying live performances and anthems built to be sung back by thousands, The Snuts are set to deliver a landmark Glasgow show, bringing together the spirit of a festival with the energy of a headline performance from one of the UK’s leading indie bands.
Ahead of the Glasgow show, The Snuts will tour the UK and Ireland this November and December, including a headline date at London’s O2 Academy Brixton, before heading to Belfast, Galway and Dublin in January, Japan in February and Europe with The Wombats in April.
Their fourth album, Joy In Short Moments, out Friday 30 October via Happy Artist Records in partnership with Virgin Music Group, sees frontman Jack Cochrane reflect on fatherhood, identity and finding meaning away from the road. Written and produced at home with Scotty Anderson, the record reconnects with the band’s early guitar-driven sound and features singles “In Motion”, “Defibrillator” and “PTS”.
Tickets for The Snuts at Glasgow’s SEC go on exclusive artist pre-sale on Friday 30 October, with general sale beginning Friday 6 November.
