Westfield St James Quarter has announced TALA, Subdued, Rains and Harli + Harpa to the destination.
Together, the brands will introduce over 7,000 sq ft of new fashion, beauty and lifestyle retail space, further strengthening the centre’s premium brand offer.
The new arrivals due to open soon include women’s athleisure brand TALA (2,490 sq ft), Italian fashion label Subdued (1,992 sq ft), Danish outerwear specialist Rains (1,805 sq ft) and Australian fashion jewellery brand Harli + Harpa (893 sq ft).
Three of the brands will make their Scottish debut at Westfield St James Quarter, while TALA has selected the destination for its first store outside London and Rains will open its first location. The signings reflect Edinburgh’s growing appeal to retailers expanding their UK presence and reinforce Westfield St James Quarter’s role as a gateway to the Scottish market.
Constantin Wiesmann, Director of Leasing, Northern Europe, at URW, said: “These signings reflect the strength of Westfield St James Quarter’s proposition and its ability to attract ambitious brands looking to grow their presence across the UK. Westfield St James Quarter is uniquely positioned to offer them access to a highly engaged customer base, a compelling mix of retail and lifestyle experiences and the reach of the globally recognised Westfield platform.”
Since opening in 2021, it has welcomed a number of brands making their Scottish debut alongside flagship store concepts and attracted annual footfall of 20.6 million in 2025. Its line-up of domestic and international brands includes Sephora, Zara, H&M, BOSS, Coach and Reiss, cementing its position as Scotland’s leading retail and lifestyle destination.
The announcement follows URW’s recent rebranding of the destination as Westfield St James Quarter, bringing Edinburgh into the Group’s globally recognised Westfield network. As part of the Westfield portfolio, the destination is increasingly attracting leading international retailers, first-to-market concepts and digitally native brands seeking access to one of the UK’s strongest catchments.
