As we head into autumn, Glasgow Cocktail Week returns from 24 September to 4 October 2026, bringing 70 venues and a host of exclusive cocktails, experiences and city-wide cocktail trails to Glasgow.
As Glasgow Cocktail Week approaches, Next Door has created the Swan Dawg.

Ingredients
35ml Martell Cognac
35ml Soy ginger
Cherry shrub - 2 dash
Garnish with a twisted lemon. Enjoy!
