As we head into autumn, Glasgow Cocktail Week returns from 24 September to 4 October 2026, bringing 70 venues and a host of exclusive cocktails, experiences and city-wide cocktail trails to Glasgow.
As Glasgow Cocktail Week approaches, Church on the Hill has created the Ben Lomond Sour, inspired by one of Scotland’s most iconic mountains.
The bar and restaurant is located in Glasgow’s southside at 16 Algie St, Shawlands, Glasgow G41 3DJ.

Ingredients
35ml Ben Lomond Elderflower and Raspberry
20ml Gomme
20ml Fancy Foamer
15ml St Germaint
15ml Lemon juice
