A major Glasgow city centre hotel near Central station has been listed for sale.
Yotel which is on the corner of Argyle Street and Hope Street and features a rooftop bowling alley has been brought to the market by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co.
The hotel which opened its doors across from Glasgow Central in 2021 features 257 bedrooms and is also home to bar and restaurant Vega. Being part of the Yotel brand will also be further enhanced after their collaboration with Hilton.
Ed Fitch, Senior Director – Hotels at Christie & Co, who is leading the sale process, said: “The hotel represents a rare opportunity to acquire a significant hotel in one of the most visible Glasgow locations, with a new, modern, and well-designed product, and yet with further upside deliverable as a result of the recent brand tie-up.”
The hotel is being offered for sale on a price-on-application basis.
