Sébastien Pocognoli has named his final Scotland squad of 2026, with matches against North Macedonia and Switzerland to come in the UEFA Nations League.
There is a welcome return for midfielder Scott McTominay, who is back after successfully undergoing a heart procedure, while Ché Adams also bolsters the attack after missing the last camp through injury.
In a largely settled squad following the last round of fixtures, there is one new face in James Penrice, who has featured both in defence and midfield for Rangers this season.
Captain Andy Robertson became only the second male player, after Sir Kenny Dalglish, to reach 100 Scotland caps last month, and he can surpass Dalglish’s record of 102 caps should he feature in both matches this time around.
AFC Bournemouth midfielder Ryan Christie - who scored his 11th Scotland goal against Slovenia - can win his 75th cap this camp.
Scotland know that two victories will likely be required if they are to have a chance of earning a Play-off to be promoted from League B in the UEFA Nations League.
Pocognoli earned a first victory over next Friday’s opponents, North Macedonia, in the reverse fixture last month, although the camp ended on a disappointing note with a home defeat to Slovenia at Hampden.
The full Scotland squad is:
Goalkeepers: Scott Bain, Angus Gunn, Liam Kelly, Jon McCracken.
Defenders: Luis Binks, Luke Graham, Jack Hendry, Aaron Hickey, Nathan Patterson, James Penrice, Andy Robertson, Kieran Tierney, Stephen Welsh.
Midfielders: Ryan Christie, Lewis Ferguson, Billy Gilmour, John McGinn, Josh McPake, Scott McTominay, Kristi Montgomery.
Forwards: Ché Adams, Kieron Bowie, Findlay Curtis, Ben Gannon-Doak, Oli McBurnie, Robbie Ure.
